Please follow the steps below to reactivate an account.
1. From your Main Dashboard hover over the Account tab and select My Account as shown in the image below.
2. On the Billing/Subscription Details tab, click on 'Reactivate Subscription' link on the right side.
3. Once you have selected 'Re-activate Subscription' you will then be prompted to select a plan as shown below.
4. Once you have chosen a plan, you will need to select which credit card you would like to have billed and then click 'Pay Invoice' (if there is an open invoice).
