Tabs allow you to create groupings of custom fields that can be added to your contacts' profiles.
- From the main menu, click on your Name > System Settings.
- Once in System Settings, click Contacts Tab from the left side menu
- Click on the Add New button at the top right of the screen
- Fill out the Name field and click on the Save button. This will be the new name of the tab you're creating.
- Click on +Add A New Field button.
- Select New Field and click on the field you wish to add.
- Fill out the Field Name and Help Text sections. Click on Save button to save changes.
- This will bring you back to Customer Contact Tab, where you can add additional fields or click on the Save button to save changes.
