Once you have a Phone Number you need to set up a call flow which dictates what happens once your number is called. Follow the instructions below to set up a call flow.
- On your account's Dashboard click on Marketing Menu and select Call Flows.
- Click on Add New Call Flow.
- Select the Action you want to happen once a call comes in. For a complete rundown of what all the options are click here.
- Once you have set up your steps click Save and Close.
