Setting Up a Call Flow

Once you have a Phone Number you need to set up a callflow which dictates what happens once your Profit Dial number is called. Callflows are only triggered when someone calls your Profit Dial number. Follow the instructions below to set up a call flow.


  1. On your account's Dashboard click on Marketing Menu and select Call Flows.

  2. Click on Add New Call Flow.

  3. Select the Action you want to happen once a call comes in. For a complete rundown of what all the options are click here.

  4. Once you have set up your steps click Save and Close
