Why Am I Not Receiving Phone Calls On My REI BlackBook Number?

If your REI BlackBook phone number gets a busy line and is not receiving phone calls, check on your phone credits first. To do this, follow the instructions below:


  1. On your account's Dashboard, click on your Name and select My Account.

  2. On Billing/Subscription Details tab, under Phone System Usage, you will see Credits Left.
  3. If Credits Left is below 2 credits, click on Add Credits link to purchase additional credits.

  4. Select the number of credits you wish to purchase from the drop down menu.

  5. Select either an existing credit card on file or add a new card. Once added/selected, click on Purchase additional Credits
