If your REI BlackBook phone number gets a busy line and is not receiving phone calls, check on your phone credits first. To do this, follow the instructions below:
- On your account's Dashboard, click on your Name and select My Account.
- On Billing/Subscription Details tab, under Phone System Usage, you will see Credits Left.
- If Credits Left is below 2 credits, click on Add Credits link to purchase additional credits.
- Select the number of credits you wish to purchase from the drop down menu.
- Select either an existing credit card on file or add a new card. Once added/selected, click on Purchase additional Credits
