Let's Listen To Recorded Calls
Once you have enabled call recording, you can easily listen to a recorded call inside your account.
There are two ways to access your recorded calls either from your Profit Dial inbox or from your contact records.
Inside Profit Dial, you can see all of your recorded calls at once. Inside your contact records, you can see an individual recorded call.
Whatever path you choose, you have easy access to your recorded calls.

Profit Dial Steps
1. Log in to your account. Click on Marketing located at the top of your dashboard menu. In the drop-down menu, click on Inbox under Profit Dial.
2. You will be directed to a new page. Click on Recordings located on the left-hand side under Inbox.
3. You will be directed to your call recording management system where you can see all of your recorded calls at once.
To listen to a specific recording of a call, click on the tape icon located on the far right-hand side under Actions.
After clicking on the tape icon, a pop-up box will appear. In the box, click on the play button to listen. To download the recording, click on the download icon.
Contact Record Steps
1. Log in to your account. Click on Contacts located at the top of your dashboard menu.
2. You will be directed to you contact management system. From your list of contacts, click on a contact's name.
3. You will be taken that contact's recorded. Recent calls will appear in the Recent Activity tab and you also can see calls under the Calls tab.
Next to Recorded Call, click on the tape icon.
4. After clicking on the tape icon, a pop-up box will appear. In the box, click on the play button to listen. To download the recording, click on the download icon.
