When a contact sends you a Text/SMS message, you can send your reply by following the instructions below:
- On your account's Dashboard, click on Marketing and select Inbox.
- On the Profit Dial page, select Text under Inbox section.
- Click on the text message you wish to send your response to.
- Select the Profit Dial number you wish to use.
- Type in your message on the space provided.
Note: A maximum of 160 characters per text message is allowed.
- Click on the envelop icon to send your message.
