You can easily trigger a Work Flow from directly inside of a contact record. Once you are inside of the contact that you would like trigger your Work Flow, just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click on the ACTIONS button located in the right column of the Contact record.
Step 2: Select TRIGGER WORKFLOW from the drop down menu
Step 3: Select the WORKFLOW that you wish to trigger
Step 4: Hit the TRIGGER WORKFLOW button
