Let's Take a Look at the REI BlackBook Mobile App
The Mobile App is live and available to download in the Google Play Store & Apple Store!
The Mobile App gives you quick access to all of your contacts in your REI BlackBook account, the ability to log calls, apply notes, trigger workflows, and much more.
You can seamlessly send and receive text messages directly from the app so you can stay in touch with your leads from anywhere.
Most REI BlackBook users have multiple Profit Dial numbers. You now have the ability to manage all of your phone numbers directly from the app. Easily switch outbound CallerID for both texting and outbound calls.
With our smartID you won’t have to remember which number the contact called or texted, we will automatically use the last known number the contact interacted with.

Objectives
In this support article, you will learn the basic features & benefits of the Mobile App.
1. Quick Access To Your REI BlackBook Contacts
Access all your leads and manage the relationship with your contacts directly from the app.
Once you log in to your Mobile App, the contacts from your REI BlackBook account are automatically pulled in and made available right away.
You can view your basic contact information, property details, contact notes, recorded calls, and more.
2. Inbound and Outbound Calling
Inbound Calls
When you receive a call from one of your Profit Dial numbers, you will instantly know it is a business call, and the Profit Dial phone number the lead is calling, so you know what type of lead it is.
For example, if you have 10 call tracking numbers in Profit Dial, and you receive a call from your “Probate Direct Mail” phone number, then you know you are receiving a call from a Probate Lead.
Outbound Calls
(easily select outbound CallerID)
Search for any contact record, and make an outbound dial with the click of a button. Simply choose the Profit Dial number you would like to call from and click ‘Make A Call’. It’s that easy.
All calls both inbound and outbound will be recorded if you’ve enabled call recording for that particular phone number, and recording is available to listen to in the app.
As always, call recording is included at no additional cost.
3. 2-Way Texting From Anywhere
Text messaging is the preferred method of communication for the majority of Americans these days.
And it’s more important than ever that you communicate with your leads and prospects in a way that is comfortable for them.
That’s why we built 2-way text messaging directly into the Mobile App.
You can now send and receive text messages from the app and engage in full conversations via text message from anywhere.
While you engage with your leads through the app, the entire conversation will be automatically logged in the activity thread inside of the contact record in REI BlackBook.
4. Disposition of Each Call & Trigger Workflows From The App
At the end of each call, you will have the option to add notes and trigger a workflow for the contact.
This makes it easy to log your calls and immediately set the next steps right after you jump off the call.
Since the Mobile App is automatically synced up to your REI BlackBook account, your existing workflows (or any new workflow you add from this point on) will be available.
This is going to bridge the gap between a phone call you take out in the field, and the next step either you or your team need to take to keep that deal moving forward.
And the process couldn’t be easier.
After you hang up, a screen will automatically pop up and ask if you’d like to trigger a workflow, which you can choose from a dropdown, and/or add a note to log the call.
This feature alone will help you plug your leaky sales bucket, and ensure every new inbound lead or existing relationship is properly followed up with and managed.
5. Add New Properties To A Contact and Assign Roles
With the Mobile App you have the ability to access all of your contacts, and all of the information from their contact record, including properties.
If a contact does not have a property associated with their contact record, you can simply assign them to an existing property from your REI BlackBook Property Pipeline, or add a brand new property to their contact record.
Once the property is added you can assign a role to them for that property.
For example, if they are a cash buyer who has just made an offer on a property that you accepted, you can assign them as the buyer of the property.
This is just one more way the Mobile App is going to help you manage the relationship with your leads.
