Follow the steps below to search for a contact:
Log in to your account. Click on Contacts located at the top of your dashboard menu.
- You will be directed to your contact management system. Click on the Search box located at the top right of the contact list and type in a name, phone number, email, or any other piece of information about a certain contact you are looking for.
- After you type in the search box, your contacts page will automatically pull up the contact that you are looking for.
Are there other ways to filter the contacts list? Yes, there is!
Filter based on Created Date:
Click on the "Created Date" button to filter the contacts based on their creation date. This includes a description of what's included in a particular timeframe of choice.
Created Date can also be filtered by "Custom Date", select the date from the calendar pop-up
Filter based on Last Activity Date:
If you want to find specific contacts based on when you last interacted with them, you can use the "Last Activity Date" button. This includes any communication where the contact called or texted your Profit Dial number, and any email or outbound call or text you sent to that contact. It also includes any automated actions like workflows that were the last interaction with that contact.
And just like the created date, the last activity date can also be filtered as an exact date.
Filter based on Opt-In Status:
To filter by a lead's phone number or email's opt-in status, click on "Opt-In Status".
