Connect 3rd Party Apps Into REI BlackBook

Let's Integrate Outside Lead Sources Into REI BlackBook 

You can integrate third-party lead sources into your REI BlackBook account.

We are using Zapier in this example, but there are multiple solutions that provide similar services. We always encourage integrating directly with the native application if they support webhooks.

Note:

To use this support article, you need to:

  1. Have a Zapier account.
  2. Make sure your third-party app is already integrated with Zapier.

In order to complete the steps in the support article, please use Google Chrome as your web browser. 

 

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to integrate outside lead sources and an REI BlackBook webform with Zapier.

 

Steps

1. Log in to your Zapier account.

2. Click on Zaps and select the zap connected to the 3rd-party app.  

 

3. Click on the search box under Choose App & Event and type in REI BlackBook.

Then, click on REI BlackBook

4. Next, click on Action event and choose to create/update your contact based on Email or Phone Number .

Then, click on Account. If you are not already signed into REI BlackBook you will be prompted to sign-in otherwise A pop-up will appear click on Approve

 


5. Under account make sure your REI BlackBook account is selected

 

6. Click Configure on the top menu.

 

7a. Chose the Workflow and Number you want to use with the flow that will trigger after the Zap has run.

 

7b. Using the Search Fields find the Fields you want to import click + and search to find the relevant field to map. Repeat this until you map all of your fields.

When you are finished, click on Continue.

8. Click Test step

 

9. Open your REI BlackBook contact page to make sure the contact properly moved into your CRM.

 

10. Once confirmed that it is working go back to Zapier. Click Publish.

 

Once everything is set up you will hit publish in the top right of your Zap to activate the connection and have it run 24/7.
