How to Save and Manage Prospecting Lists

Once you've filtered your results, you can save properties into a prospecting list. 

Why This Matters

This completely eliminates the painful, time-consuming process of exporting messy CSV files and trying to match data across multiple third-party vendors. Importing a property natively creates a connected owner contact record and ties directly into your deal pipeline.

How to Save a List

1. Select properties from your results
   
2. Click "My Properties"
   
3. Click “Save to List”
   
4. Choose:
   • Existing list, or
   • Create a new list
5. Name your list
6. Confirm save

Where to Find Your Lists

1. Go to Properties
2. Click Prospecting Lists
3. Select your saved list

What You Can Do with Lists

• View property details
• Map properties
• Plan marketing campaigns
• Filter further inside REI BlackBook

Pro Tip

Use clear naming conventions like:

• “Dallas Vacant Absentee 700+”
• “Cash Buyers – St Louis”

This makes future campaigns easier to manage.
