Custom Audiences (Best for Precision): Uploading your own local list ensures your ads are only shown to those specific properties and homeowners. This is the highest-relevance option.

Radius Targeting (Best for Broad Reach): If you don't have a list to upload, simply enter your business address and set a perimeter (like a 15-mile radius). Facebook will show your ad to people within that specific boundary.
Note: Radius targeting will give you a much larger audience size, meaning it may take a little longer for the AI to optimize compared to a hyper-specific Custom Audience.
