Let's Manually Add A Contact
There may be times when you receive contact information for only person.
You have the ability to manually add a contact to your CRM. The process is quick and easy. Never worry about where you scribbled down one's information or where you placed a business card ever again.

Steps
1. Log in to your account. Click on Contacts located at the top your dashboard menu.
2. You will be directed to your contact management system. Click on the Add Contact button located in the right-hand corner of the page. In the drop-down menu, click on Add Contact.
3. The details tab is where you can add your contact's information such as name, phone number, email address, mailing address, company, birthday and more.
Under each section, click on the boxes and type in the information.
When finished, click on Save Profile. To not save the changes, click on Cancel.
4. To include more fields click Show Form Fields and select the box next to field you want to add. This will be saved for all future contacts added
5. To add a property make sure the Property Address field is selected. Fill out the information and Check Add as property? Make sure to then add the property role.
6. On the right-hand side of your new contact record, you can edit primary details.
To edit, click on the pencil icon. To change a contact's opt in status for phone number and email, click on Opted Out next to the phone number and email address.
After clicking on the pencil icon to edit the primary details, click on the boxes to fill in a contact's primary phone number and email. Click on Save when finished.
To not save, click on cancel.
6. To add a contact's social media platforms, click the + located next to Social Profiles.
A pop-up box will appear. Click on the dropdown provided to select the platform then type in your contact's social media links.
Click on Save, when finished. To not save, click on Cancel.
