How to Import Your List into Equity Analyzer

Follow the step by step tutorial below on successfully uploading your active and sold data.

  1. From your account's Dashboard click on Deals and select Equity Analyzer.

  2. Click on +Import New List

  3. Type in the Name for this property list and click on Next.

  4. Click on Choose a File button to select the Active Properties .CSV file from your computer.

  5. Click on Next to proceed.

  6. Map the fields to reflect the information on your file. Once confirmed, scroll down and click on Next

  7. Click on Choose a File button to select the Sold Properties .CSV file from your computer.

  8. Click on Next to proceed.

  9. Map the fields to reflect the information on your file. Once confirmed, scroll down and click on Next

  10. Confirm that all fields are marked correctly. You will have the option to remap either the Actives or the Solds or to Start Over. If all fields are correct, click on Confirm.
