Let's Navigate Around Your Contact Management System
Your contact management system is a Roladex like no other!
This is where information about contacts are stored, as well as where you can add and delete contacts, import and export contacts, trigger workflows, create tasks, send email and text blasts, organize your contacts, filter and search specific contacts, and so much more.
The best way to become familiar with your contact management system is to navigate around and find where the functions are, so when you are ready to use them, you can access them easily.

Steps
1. Log in to your account and click on Contacts located at the top of your dashboard menu.
2. You will be directed to your contacts page. From here you can access all of the different functions inside your contact management system.
Import and Add Contacts
If you don't have contacts in your system yet, click on the blue Add Contact button located on the right-hand side of the page.
In the drop-down menu, select add a contact to manually add a contact, or select Import Contact to upload a list of contacts with a CSV file.
Actions
Now that you have contacts in your system, you can apply actions. Select all of your contacts or just a few, then click on the Actions button located next to Contacts on the left-hand side of the page.
From here, select from the following options: send a text blast to your contacts, as well as send a ringless voicemail blast, send an email blast, opt in their phone numbers and email addresses, trigger a workflow, create a task, add/remove tags, export contacts, and delete contacts.
Note: Before you can click on Actions, you must select your contacts first by clicking on the boxes next to each name.
Search
If you are looking for a specific contact, you can search their name, their property or their tag by using the search bar located at the top of the page.
Click on the magnify glass icon in the search bar and in the drop-down menu, select how you want to search for a specific contact.
- Contact: Type in your contact's name.
- Property: Type in a property address associated with your contact.
- Tag: Type in a tag associated with your contact.
Filter Search
If you want to be more specific in your search, click on the funnel icon next to search bar.
You will be directed to filters. Add multiple filters to your search when finding certain contacts. You can save your filtered searches, so you don't have to repeat the process.
Saved Filtered Searches
Click on the binoculars icon and type in a filtered search that you have previously created. This will save you time when looking for specific contacts.
Settings
Click on the configure table located on the right-hand side of the binoculars icon. In the drop-down menu, select what piece information about a contact you want displayed on your contacts page.
Click on the boxes next to each piece of information to check or uncheck what you want to see on the page.
Contacts
To see a full contact record of an individual contact, click on a contact's name.
Then, you will be directed to your contact's record. From here, you can add, edit and delete information, apply an action, view activity and more.
