Let's See How to Log Out a Lost Phone or Past Employee

Let's face it, sometimes life can throw everyone a curve ball from time to time.   Most of us have had been through the unfortunate event of losing a phone or having to let someone on the team go.  What makes this situation worse is not knowing who has access to your information.

The good news is that you can manually log out devices anytime from directly inside of your REI BlackBook account!  We will show you how to simply log out a device (Example: Lost Phone) as well as how to completely remove access (Example: Past Employee).

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to manually log out any devices that are currently connected to your Profit Dial App. 

Lost Phone Steps 

1. Log in to your account. Click on your Name located in the upper-right hand corner of your dashboard menu. In the drop-down menu, click on My Team.

2. Click on the Connected Devices tab and click the Log Out button for the Team Member or Device you wish to Log Out.

3. Confirm that you want to log out this device by clicking OK.  Please remember that this step will still allow the Team Member to login with their username & password.  If you wish to completely remove access, this will be covered in the following section.

Past Employee Steps (completely remove access)

1. Log in to your account. Click on your Name located in the upper-right hand corner of your dashboard menu. In the drop-down menu, click on My Team.

2. Click on the Connected Devices tab and click the Log Out button for the Team Member or Device you wish to Log Out.

3. Confirm that you want to log out this device by clicking OK.  Please remember that this step will still allow the Team Member to login with their username & password.  If you wish to completely remove access, this will be covered in the following section.

4. Click on the Team Member that you would like to remove access for the Profit Dial Mobile App.

5. Click on Permissions Tab and then simply click either the Deny button to remove access to the Profit Dial Mobile App.
