Let's Look at the Ways to Place an Outbound Call

Inside the Mobile App, there are numerous ways to place an outbound call!

Objectives

In this video, you will learn step-by-step the different ways to place outbound calls from the Mobile App!

Dial Pad Outbound Call Steps

1. Click on the Keypad Icon at the bottom of the screen. 

2. Choose your Call From Number by clicking on the dropdown menu. 

3.  You can search for a Contact by clicking on the plus sign

and selecting Call Existing User

Enter their Name or Phone Number

4. Click on the Call Icon at the bottom of the screen to place your call.

Call Log Screen Outbound Call Steps

1.  Click on the Number or Contact that you would like to call.

2. Click on the Call button located at the bottom of the screen. 

3. Choose your Call From Number by clicking on the dropdown menu.  Please note that when calling from the call log screen inside of the Profit Dial Mobile App, your outbound phone number will default to the number which this contact called.

4. Confirm the Profit Dial Number that you would like to use to place the call.

5. Click the Make a Call Button on the bottom of the screen.

Contact Record Outbound Call Steps

1. Click on the Phone Icon beside the contact's name. 

2. Choose your Call From Number by clicking on the dropdown menu. 

3.Click the Make a Call Button on the bottom of the screen.
