List HQ is a property data and prospecting tool inside REI BlackBook that allows you to search, filter, and build targeted lists of properties and owners.

How to Access List HQ
- Log into your REI BlackBook account
- Navigate to the main menu
- Click “List HQ” (marked as new) and select "Residential Search" from the dropdown menu.
Available Search Types
By default, you can search for owners of Residential Properties, searching by city, state or zip code.
You can also initiate a New Search for leads that can surface recent cash buyers as well as landlords.
