Set Up Notifications to Alert you about Tasks, Calls, and Texts

Our Notifications feature allows you to be immediately notified via email or text when one of the triggers described below occurs.  

In order to take advantages of the Notification functionality within our platform, you will have to quickly configure some settings.

  1. From the main menu, click on your Name > System Settings.  
  2. Once in System Settings, click Notifications

  3.  Review the information at the top of the Notification view to confirm that you have an email and phone number are set up to receive notifications.  If you need to update the information at a later time, just click Click here to update link.notifications-step-2.png

  4. Incoming Calls & Incoming Texts: 
    1. Use the toggles on the right and choose whether you want to turn on Email and/or Text notifications for incoming calls and/or texts.  The drop down list will allow you to select all Profit Dial numbers or have individual settings for a specific one.

  5. Assigned Tasks & Tasks Due:
    1. Use the toggles on the right and choose whether you want to turn on Email and/or Text notifications for when tasks are assigned to you and/or on the day that a task is due. Please Note: Task notifications will be sent the morning before it is due and the morning of the due date.notifications-step-4.png

  6. When you are done configuring the settings for all of your Notifications, click Save Changes at the bottom right hand of the screen00001814.png
