Let's Turn On REI BlackBook Mobile App Push Notifications

Do you remember how you turned on notifications for your REI BlackBook account?

Now that you have the REI BlackBook Mobile App, you must enable Push Notifications for that too. A push notification is a message that appears on a mobile device.

By enabling push notifications, you will be able to receive a notification from your REI BlackBook Mobile App even when you are not using the app and/or when the app is closed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After you turn on push notifications for REI BlackBook Mobile App, you may want to manage your notification settings in your iOS or Android device.

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to enable push notifications for your REI BlackBook Mobile App.

Steps

1. Log in to your REI BlackBook account. Then, click on your name located in upper right-hand corner of your screen.

In the drop-down menu, click on System Settings.

2. You will be directed to a new page. On the left-hand side, click on Notifications under General.

3. You will be directed to your Notification management system. 

Under Incoming Calls on the left-hand side, click on the box and select either all or a specific Profit Dial phone number that you want to receive notifications for.

Note: If you have previously set up notifications for email and text, you can skip this step. 

Then, on the right-hand side, click on the toggle under Push. This will enable Push Notifications for your REI BlackBook Mobile App. The toggle will turn blue.

You also can turn or off email and text notifications for your Profit Dial phone numbers.

Under Incoming Texts on the left-hand side, click on the box and select either all or a specific Profit Dial phone number that you want to receive notifications for.

Note: If you have previously set up notifications, you can skip this step. 

Then, on the right-hand side, click on the toggle under Push. This will enable Push Notifications for your REI BlackBook Mobile App. The toggle will turn blue.

You also can turn or off email and text notifications for your Profit Dial phone numbers.
