Let's Change Your Plan

There are a variety of cool features in our new wallet system. One of them is the ability to change your current plan quick and easy.  

When you go to change your plan, you can see an overview and specific breakdowns of what all is included in our plans.

 

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to change your plan.

 

Steps

1. Log in to your REI BlackBook account. Click on your name located in the upper right-hand corner. In the drop-down menu, click on My Account.

2. You will be taken to your account information. On the left-hand side, click on Manage Plan located under Subscription.

3. On the left-hand side, you will see a section called Plan. To change your plan, click on Upgrade Plan.

4. You will be taken to where you can change your plan. At the top, you can see a comparison overview of our three different subscription plans. 

To upgrade to a new plan, click on Upgrade, and you will be directed to your shopping cart.

Use the toggle, located in upper right-hand corner to see annual and monthly pricing.

As you scroll down, you can see what is specifically offered in each plan side-by-side.
