Steps
1. Log in to your account and click on Contacts located at the top of your dashboard menu.
2. You will be directed to your contact management system, you will see a list of your contacts. Click on the name of the contact to whom you want to pause a workflow for. This will open the contact’s profile.
3. Inside the contact’s profile, on the right card hover over the Workflow you want to pause, this will reveal a button. Click on it.
3. Click Pause Workflow! That's it your all done! To resume the workflow follow the same steps and click the Resume Workflow button.
