You probably have seen the Webhook step inside of your flows. But what are they and when should you use them?
Webhooks are a way for apps to automatically communicate with one another. They are all over the internet and your life probably relies a lot of webhooks even if are unaware of it. For example browser notifications telling you that an email came in are made possible by webhooks allowing your email server to talk to your browser.
You can use these webhooks to send out information from REI BlackBook to other systems like Zapier. The bulk of the work will take place within the other system. All you need to do inside of REI BlackBook is paste in the URL for the webhook and select which fields you want to send. This can be done by clicking on Advanced Settings.
Here is an article on how to set up WebHooks with Zapier.
