How To Manage Your Property Finder Workflows

If you are using Property Finders as a marketing strategy we have prebuilt workflows you can use, or edit to set up autoresponder campaigns for all your potential Property Finders. Follow the instructions below to access the Property Finder workflows, and edit them as needed. 

  1. From your account's Dashboard click on Deals and select Property Finders from the drop down menu.

  2. Once you're on the Property Finders page click on Settings. This is how you will access the prebuilt Property Finder workflows. 

  3. Under Funnel Details, Stage 1, click on Edit This Workflow link. 
    *Note: This workflow has already been setup for you, you can however, edit the workflow based on your business needs.

  4. Select the tags you want to use for your Property Finders. 
    : The tag for this workflow has already been set to Property Finder - Stage 1

  5. Select the Email Template to send to your potential Property Finders, and select the Marketing Profile to send the email from.

  6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 as necessary for the Stage 2 and Stage 3 Property Finder workflows. When you're done editing any Property Finder workflow click on the Save & Close button to save your changes and go back to Property Finder settings.
