Does your state have a state level DNC list?
While the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) implemented the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry in 2003, some states manager their own DNC lists. In these states you not only have to oblige to the National Do Not Call (DNC), you also have to oblige by the state list as well.
The table below includes that information for each state as well as a link to the websites where you can find more information about registration for each state’s list.
