Hey there! Are you ready to amp up your website game? In this guide, we're going to walk you through setting up two custom web forms using your REI BlackBook. This is going to be a total game-changer for interacting with your visitors online. Let's dive in!
Designing Custom Contact Fields for Your Seller Financing Form
- Navigate to Contact Fields: Click on your name located in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard menu. Then in the drop-down menu, click on System Settings.

You will be directed to a new page. On the left-hand side, click on Contact Fields located under CRM.

You will be directed to your contact field management system. In the right-hand corner, click on Add New.

Next, under Choose Contact Field Type, click on Single Option.
- Enter name of the field: SF-Contact Type
- Select Add Option, and enter 'Real Estate Professional' as Option 1
- Select Add Option, and enter 'Potential Investor' as Option 2
- Select Add Option, and enter 'Interested Buyer' as Option 3
- Select Add Option, and enter 'Other' as Option 4
Note: To add additional Contact Type options
- Then Click the Button: “Save”
- Enter name of the field: SF-Contact Type
Creating the Remaining Custom Fields
Repeat the process to create a new Contact Field based on the table below
- Start by clicking on “Add New” button each time.
- For each field, Choose the appropriate “Contact Field Type”
- Then enter the “Field Name”
- Where applicable, “Add Option”
Also where applicable “Add Conditional Action”

Creating Your First Seller Financing Web Form: Contact Us Form
- Navigate to Web Forms: select from the main menu 'Web Tools' and then 'Web Forms'.
- New Form: Hit the '+New Web Forms' button to get rolling.
- Name it: Name your first web form 'Seller Finance - Contact Us' and click 'Create Web Form'.
- Rename fields
- 'Name' to 'Full Name', Don’t forget to save your changes!

- Add Fields (click the chevron-down icon to expand this section)
- Drag and drop from the Contact Manager Contact Fields
- The Phone field
- don't forget to click the "Save Field" button.

- Lastly, Update the Submit Button

Note: Everything else is correct by default
- Drag and drop from the Contact Manager Contact Fields
- Run Workflow (click the chevron-down icon to expand this section)
- Choose a Workflow: Select the appropriate from the drop-down menu.
Be sure to click on Save when done.
Note: your Profit Dial number and email address will appear default
- Choose a Workflow: Select the appropriate from the drop-down menu.
- Finishing Up: Once you're done, hit 'Done'
- Then 'Publish Changes'.

Creating Your Next Seller Financing Web Form: Buyer Pre-Qualification
- Name It: 'Seller Finance - Buyer Pre-Qualification' and click 'Create Web Form'
- Now we add the additional fields
- Add Fields (click the chevron-down icon to expand this section)
- Drag and drop from the Contact Manager Contact Fields
- The Phone field
- Drag and drop from the Custom Form Fields

- Custom Fields/ Choose a Custom Field:
- Property Address
- How soon would you like to move in?
- What date and time are you available to see the property?
- Buying Purpose
- Desired Down Payment Range
- Desired Monthly Payment Range
- Condition
- Custom Fields/ Choose a Custom Field:

- Drag and drop from the Custom Form Fields

- Lastly, you will want to Update the Submit Button
