You can change the email address where you receive notifications at when someone fills out a web form. To change the email address you will need to access the webform settings. There are multiple ways to access the web form settings. To review all the ways to access the web form settings please review the article How To Access Web Form Settings. After accessing the web form settings follow the instructions below to change the email address where you will receive notifications at.
- Once you're on the webform settings, click on option 3. Run Workflows to open up this section of the web form settings.
- Update the email address under Check To Receive Email Reports Of Each Submission field with the new email address.
- After updating the email address click on the Save button to save your changes.
- Click on the Done button and the Publish Changes button to save the change made to the web form settings.
Note: If you're accessing the webform settings from your website or landing page, click on Done and Save Changes and Exit, located at the top right corner of the page to update your Website or Landing Page.
