Let's Make An Outbound Call
Now that you have set up your Profit Dial phone number and have contacts in your account, it's time to make a phone a call.
With your Profit Dial phone number, you can receive inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls.
Note: Profit Dial does not have a dialer pad like a typical phone does, so the process to make an outbound call with Profit Dial is a little different than you may used to.
In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to make an outbound call from Profit Dial.
1. Log in to your account. Click on Contacts located at the top of your dashboard menu.
2. You will be directed to your contact management system. Click on a contact's phone number that you want to call.
Note: In order to make an outbound call from Profit Dial, a contact's phone must be added to your CRM first.
Also, make sure you have opted in that contact's phone number as well.
3. A pop-up box will appear. Under Select your Profit Dial number, click on the box and select your Profit Dial number that you want to make the call from.
Note: Profit Dial will call you on your personal phone number and then connect the call to the contact's phone number. Your Profit Dial phone number will show and not your personal phone number.

Then, if you want the phone call to be recorded, make sure the box next to Record this call is checked.
If it is not checked, click on the box and a check mark will appear. If you don't want to record the phone call recorded, click on the box and the check mark will disappear.
When you are ready to make your call, click on Call Now.
