Let's Create & Send Ringless Voicemail Blasts

REI BlackBook's Ringless Voicemails (RVMs) are a great way for you to communicate with contacts, prospects and leads.

With blasts, you can send a ringless voicemail to multiple contacts at once! Select who want to send an RVM to by choosing a contact's name or by choosing a contact's tag. 

In a few simple clicks, your positive, energetic voice will be heard by all. 

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to create and send Ringless Voicemail Blasts.

Steps

1. Log in to your account. Click on Marketing located at the top of your dashboard menu. In the drop-down menu, click on Outbox.

2. You will be directed to a new page. On the left-hand side, click on Ringless VM Blasts located under Outbox.

3. You will be taken to your RVM management system. Then, click on Create Blast located in the upper right-hand corner. 

Next, a pop-up box will appear. Select Ringless Voicemail Blast.

4. You will be directed to Blast Details. Under Send From, click on the box and select the Profit Dial phone number that you are sending your RVM from.

5. Next, under Send To Individual Contacts, click on the box and select who will be receiving your RVM.

You can send your RVM who have a specific tag. To do so, click on the box under Send To A Tagged Group, and select tags.

6. Next, under Choose A Recording, click on the box and select your already made recording that will be sent out.

7. At the bottom left, you can schedule when your RVM will go out. To do so, click on Schedule and then click on the boxes to select a date and time.

When you are finished, click on Continue.

8. You will be taken to Blast Summary. Under Recording Preview, click on the speaker icon to preview your RVM.

When you are finished, click on Send Ringless Voicemail Blast.
