How To Set Up Emails for Property Marketing

Follow the instructions below to get your automated emails set-up to use with the property marketing section.

1. From your account's Dashboard click on Deals and select Property Pipeline from the drop down menu.
   
   
   
2. Select the property that you want to setup an email for by clicking on the property address.
   
   
   
3. Click on the Marketing tab.
   
   
   
4. Click on the Email button.
   
   
   
5. Provide the email template with a Template Name.
   
   
   
6. Type in the Email Subject.
   
   
   
7. On the email's Body, type in the content. You will have the same editing options available as a word processing app.
   
   
   
8. Once done, click on Save as Email Template.
   
   
   
9. To view this template, click on your Name (Admin) and select System Settings.
   
   
   
10. On the left navigation bar, under Automation, click on Email Templates, and you will be able to see the email template you just created in the list of your email templates.
