Follow the instructions below to get your automated emails set-up to use with the property marketing section.
- From your account's Dashboard click on Deals and select Property Pipeline from the drop down menu.
- Select the property that you want to setup an email for by clicking on the property address.
- Click on the Marketing tab.
- Click on the Email button.
- Provide the email template with a Template Name.
- Type in the Email Subject.
- On the email's Body, type in the content. You will have the same editing options available as a word processing app.
- Once done, click on Save as Email Template.
- To view this template, click on your Name (Admin) and select System Settings.
- On the left navigation bar, under Automation, click on Email Templates, and you will be able to see the email template you just created in the list of your email templates.
